New Utah Gun Brandishing Law!
The "Brandishing Bill" passed the Utah state senate yesterday afternoon by unanimous vote!
Correction: **It must now go back to the house for approval of the senate version of the bill.**
This clarification of Utah law spells out a citizen's right to inform someone that they are carrying, display the weapon, and even threaten them with it, under certain circumstances, if they believe that doing so is necessary to prevent someone else's unlawful use of force.
